Draft for review — items in [brackets] will be confirmed before publishing.
1. How does enrollment work?
Message us on Facebook or WhatsApp. We'll ask about your child's year level, subjects and goals, match a suitable tutor, and arrange a trial class. If you're happy after the trial, you complete enrollment and the first monthly payment, and regular sessions begin.
2. Can we try a class before committing?
Yes — every family can book a trial class before enrolling, so you and your child can meet the tutor first. The trial class is [free / QAR [amount]]; if there is a trial fee, it is non-refundable once the trial has been attended.
3. How are your tutors selected?
Every tutor is interviewed and vetted by Precious Minds, with qualifications and experience in the British curriculum checked before they are assigned to any family. Tutors remain managed and supported by the agency throughout.
4. What curriculum and subjects do you cover?
We tutor the British curriculum from Year 1 to Year 12, including AS/A-Level. Subjects: Maths, Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and English.
5. How long is each session?
Sessions are [60 / 90 / 120] minutes. We'll recommend a length based on your child's age, subjects and goals.
6. Where do sessions take place?
In your home — always face-to-face and one-on-one. We don't run online classes or group centers; your tutor comes to you.
7. What if we need to cancel or reschedule a session?
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 1 hour before the session starts, and we'll arrange a make-up class within the same month where possible. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the start count as a held session with no make-up, as the tutor has already committed and travelled. (If your tutor is ever late or has to cancel, the missed time is made up in full at no cost to you.)
8. What if we don't click with our tutor?
Just tell us — no awkwardness needed. We'll replace your tutor free of charge with another of equivalent qualification. The right match matters to us as much as it does to you.
9. How much does it cost, and what's included?
Fees are a fixed monthly amount per student in QAR, depending on year level and session length — message us for a quote. The fee includes everything: sessions, the tutor's transport to your home, and session feedback. No hidden or extra charges.
10. How do I pay?
By bank transfer or cash, monthly in advance, due by the [1st] of each month. Payment details are shared when you enroll.
11. What if we stop — do we get a refund?
Yes. Give us written notice of [2 weeks], and any full, unused sessions you've already paid for are refunded or credited to a future month — whichever you prefer.
12. Do I need to be home during sessions?
A responsible adult must be present in the home for the whole session — for your child's safety and the tutor's. It doesn't have to be a parent; any trusted adult is fine.
13. How will I know how my child is progressing?
Your tutor shares short feedback after every session — what was covered and how your child is doing. You're also welcome to message us anytime for a bigger-picture chat about progress.
14. What about school holidays and Ramadan?
We stay flexible. Sessions can run on any day of the week by agreement, including Fridays and Saturdays, and around school holidays, Eid and Ramadan we can adjust timings or pause and resume — just let us know your plans in advance so we can schedule around them.
15. How do I reach you?
We're based in Doha. Message us on Facebook, email preciousminds.qa@gmail.com, or WhatsApp [WhatsApp number] — whichever is easiest for you.
